1 cup (or mug) milk
Whisk everything together in a bowl and cook ladelfuls in a frying pan over a medium heat. Once bubbles appear and begin bursting, flip over to cook on the other side for another minute. Serve with your preferred topping.
If you prefer sweeter pancakes, mix in a quarter of a mug of sugar to the batter (this will also give them more colour when cooked).
