I like to vary breakfasts, and this is a recipe that feels like a treat but is packed with goodness.
Granola is a great way to eat wholegrains, nuts and seeds, and it doesn't just have to be for breakfast with milk. Granola parfaits like these are a popular breakfast choice, but Granola adds a nice crunch to stewed fruit as a quick dessert, as an ice cream topping, or make yoghurt more filling by sprinkling on a tablespoon or two.
